Booty Circuit Training:

5-10 min warm up (I choose basketball)

Circuit:
1 min jumps
10 dumbbell squats
10 barbell walking lunges
(2min break -repeat 4 times)

Hyperextensions:
3 sets 10 reps

Box Jumps:
5 each level for total of 15
repeat 4 times

Leg Extensions Superset Frog Jumps:
3 sets 10 reps

Leg Curl Superset Jumping Lunges
3 sets 10 reps
